At Kartek Hair, we are committed to providing you with the best of the best! This commitment is not just for our products but the process of getting your product to you as well.

STANDARD PROCESSING

We process Monday through Friday with the exclusion of US federal holidays. Your order will be processed within 3 to 5 business days. Orders must be placed by 12:00 pm EST to ship out the same day. No shipping is done on the weekends or holidays. All orders including those who have ordered with overnight shipping that is received over the weekend will be processed and shipped the following business day.

STANDARD SHIPPING

We ship Monday through Friday with the exclusion of US federal holidays. Our standard shipping is delivered via FedEx and takes 3 – 7 days depending on where in the United States you are located. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Delivery must be signed for.

SALE PROCESSING

During major sales processing, times are increased to 7 to 10 business days due to the high volume of orders. We still process Monday through Friday with the exclusion of US federal holidays. All orders including those who have ordered with overnight shipping that is received over the weekend will be processed and shipped the following business day.

ROUTE SHIPPING PROTECTION

We take full responsibility for your products when they are in our care. We do not control the method in which your products are delivered once responsibility is handed over to the shipping company. But Route shipping protection can give you peace of mind when ordering, adding Route protection to your order covers your package if it is lost, stolen, or damaged during transit.
